Once Radkow, Telatyn municipality, now PGR Bialystok, Dolhobyczow municipality. According to local
residents, the water has healing properties. The origins of the cult are unknown.
Tradition tells of an apparition of the Virgin Mary to shepherds in this place. When the cult of this place increased and numerous pilgrims came here, a chapel (Greek Catholic) and a calvary with XIV Stations of the Cross were erected over the miraculous spring.

Until World War II, a Greek Catholic Marian shrine functioned here.
Numerous pilgrims came here for annual indulgences. After World War II when
State Farm was established here the chapel was demolished. The current chapel on the well dates from the 1990s. Next to it is
a grave and monument to UPA soldiers.
