One of the most famous "miraculous springs" in the Subcarpathian region. A place known for religious worship since the 17th century. On June 12, 1636, an apparition of the Virgin Mary was said to have occurred here, who appeared to three shepherd children.

The water erupting from the spring beneath the chapel is said to have healing powers, especially for eye diseases. News of the revelation spread quickly in the area, and a cross was erected at the site of the miracle
. The owner of the Horyniec estate was initially opposed to the cult of the place.
However, when his wife begged here for his rescue from death during the war, the cult flourished.
In the altar of the chapel is a wooden statue of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception. In
near the chapel and the spring, two other springs erupt from under the hill.
